19154 5K Race

Parkwood's Home Course

After a six-year hiatus, the 19154 5K Race is back! The race takes runners through a chip-timed, USATF-Certified course in the Parkwood Manor neighborhood. Everyone is welcome to walk or run: athletes and amateurs, runners and walkers, adults and children, seniors and students, individuals and teams.

Become A Volunteer

Every race depends on good volunteers! Assistance will be needed with the following tasks:

  • Registration

  • Course Marshals (directing runners/walkers on the course)

  • Facilitating the Kids' Fun Run

  • Working the water station

  • Babysitting

  • Organizing the awards ceremony

  • Cleaning up the grounds

  • Various other tasks

More information to volunteer on race day will be available soon! Volunteers will be required to attend an informational meeting ahead of the race and are asked to arrive by 8 am on race day. Volunteers will all receive a special race T-shirt as a thank you for their service.
