After a six-year hiatus, the 19154 5K Race is back! The race takes runners through a chip-timed, USATF-Certified course in the Parkwood Manor neighborhood. Everyone is welcome to walk or run: athletes and amateurs, runners and walkers, adults and children, seniors and students, individuals and teams.

Become A Volunteer

Every race depends on good volunteers! Assistance will be needed with the following tasks:

  • Registration

  • Course Marshals (directing runners/walkers on the course)

  • Facilitating the Kids' Fun Run

  • Working the water station

  • Babysitting

  • Organizing the awards ceremony

  • Cleaning up the grounds

  • Various other tasks

Volunteers will be required to attend an informational meeting ahead of the race and are asked to arrive by 8 am on race day. Volunteers will all receive a special race T-shirt as a thank you for their service.
